My Values in Therapy
Compassion and Non-judgment – It is crucial to feel genuinely heard and understood in the therapeutic process. I am a firm believer that progress can only be made if clients feel they are able to freely open up without fear of judgment.
Clinical Excellence – It goes without saying that there is a cost to therapy. I don’t want to waste your time, effort, and money with treatments that are not effective. It is important to me that we thoroughly assess your needs and find an evidence-based approach that will be the most helpful to you in reaching your goals. I believe that clients deserve the best, empirically-supported care.
Commitment – Any work we do is a commitment to therapy, to each other, and to your values and vision for your life. I take the time to learn and understand what matters to you, what motivates you, what kind of life you want, and I am relentless in taking us in that direction.

More about me…
I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals. I’m committed to a respectful, strengths-based approach that honors each person’s unique identity and lived experience.
I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals as they navigate a world that often isn’t built with their needs in mind. With many years of experience in both my professional and personal life, I bring a deep understanding and commitment to this work. I also have specialized training in recognizing and supporting individuals with less apparent presentations of autism.
I’m a mom of two young children, and much of my free time is spent with them and my husband. We also share our home with a (mostly) sweet 16-year-old Beagle–Pomeranian mix. Outside of work and family life, I love reading, rock climbing, watching movies, cooking, and savoring a good cup of coffee.
